Here’s yet another great deal for an Alaska cruise, but you have to jump on it fast since the sailing date’s just days away. Check out this seven-night cruise on Holland America’s Veendam that starts at only $349 per person. You’ll begin your outdoors-y adventure in Vancouver and call in the ports of Ketchikan, Juneau and Skagway before disembarking in Seward. In addition, you’ll also get to do some scenic cruising in Glacier Bay and College Fjord. If you thought that being able to afford a dream cruise to Alaska was out of reach, think again. This excellent cruise offer will get you there at just $50 per night.

Sit back, relax and enjoy this tour of the “best of the best” Caribbean islands on Royal Caribbean’s Adventure of the Seas. Starting from just $559 per person for the September 27 sailing, you’ll be off on a port intensive, but hugely rewarding itinerary. Sailing roundtrip from San Juan, you’ll visit Barbados, St. Lucia, Antigua, St. Maarten and St. Croix in that order. Only one day at sea, and it’s your first full day onboard, graces the schedule, so be sure to do your research and have a plan as to which islands to explore and which to simply relax on before you embark. This offer starts at only $79 per night — a fare price considering all of the beautiful destinations you’ll be.

Mexico’s will soon be back on the map after the incidence of swine flu, but the real deals aren’t around until later in the year. Set sail for a late fall/early winter cruise on Carnival’s newest Fun Ship Carnival Splendor for a seven-night tour of the Mexican Riviera. This cruise clocks in at only $359 per person for certain November and December dates, which turns out to be a sweet $51 per night. You’ll visit the region’s staple ports of Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlan and Cabo San Lucas and enjoy three full days at sea to relax and explore the new ship.

Hop on this Atlantic coast cruise aboard the nearly new Eurodam, Holland America’s newest ship. It’s an unconventional cruise in that you literally sail along North America’s entire eastern coast, and it could be considered an extended Canada/New England cruise since it hits many of the region’s ports. The 14-night cruise starts at $1,599 per person and begins in Quebec City. At first, you’ll visit offbeat ports like Gaspe, Corner Brook and Charlottetown. More well known ports include St. John, Portland, Boston and of course, good ol’ New York. Finish off with two days at sea while plying the ocean on your way to sunny Ft. Lauderdale. Ask Cruise Marketplace about the variety of added incentives included in this offer.

If you’re sailing Alaska this summer on Celebrity Infinity, Celebrity Mercury or Celebrity Millennium, you can get five percent off of all your shore excursions if you make sure to book them online by June 7, 2009. This shore excursion sale is applicable to seven-night cruises that begin on or after June 5 and continue through this year’s Alaska cruise season. This could mean a savings of up to $26 per person per shore excursion, which can add up fast. Plus you can purchase as many excursions as you itinerary allows at the discounted rate. Five percent may not seem like much, but when it’s savings you’re after, every penny counts.

Never thought you could afford a cruise on luxury line Silversea? You might change your mind after taking a look at a November 2009 seven-night Southern Caribbean sailing on Silver Shadow. Fares start at $2,697 per person for a Vista Suite — pricey but good value for Silversea. The kicker, though, is the $1,000 in onboard credit per cabin you’ll receive if you book by July 31. With gratuities and alcohol already included in the cruise fare, this onboard credit will take care of a good chunk of your onboard expenses — making this luxurious getaway much more affordable.

Tahiti-based luxury ship Paul Gauguin will be changing hands from Regent Seven Seas Cruises to Paul Gauguin Cruises at the end of this year. Catch one of Regent’s final seven-night sailings this October with prices from $3,355 per person. Rates include gratuities, beverages throughout the ship and select water sports. Enjoy overnights in Bora Bora, Moorea and Papeete so you can explore more of the islands and dine on island specialties in restaurants like the famous Bloody Mary’s.

Sail from Amsterdam to Dover aboard Oceania’s Insignia for a 12-night “Windmills and Wonders” cruise to Western and Northern Europe. In July 2010, you can explore England, France, Brussels and the Netherlands, as well as Denmark, Norway and Sweden all on one cruise. Book by August 31, 2009, and fares will start at $3,499 per person and include free roundtrip economy airfare from select Oceania gateways. Rates of $292 a night for an inside cabin do seem a bit steep, though the free airfare offer makes this deal more reasonable, even if it’s not an outright steal.
